About Us

Lauren and Mathew Adair are pleased to bring a State of the Art dance studio to Ballston Spa, NY. Spa City Dance and the Arts, LLC (SCDA) will begin operation September 2017. SCDA will be a professional dance and theatrical arts studio dedicated to recreational and competitive dance for students ages three though adult.

Mission Statement

It is our mission at Spa City Dance and the Arts, LLC to provide excellent dance instruction to students of all ages and levels. Whether you are a recreational or competitive dancer we strive to provide all students with technical training of the highest quality, while providing a fun, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It is our belief, that dance not only creates strong bodies, but strong minds as well. This is achieved by learning from compassionate, yet challenging instructors. We want to make you the best dancer and person you can be!

  • Lauren Adair

    Lauren is proud and excited to be continuing her dance career as co-owner of Spa City Dance and the Arts. Lauren brings with her over 30 years of dance and teaching experience.

    Jillian Andolina

    Jillian has been dancing since age three at local dance schools in Amsterdam, Ballston Spa and Malta. Most recently Jillian has been training at The School of the Arts in Saratoga Springs, NY.

  • Liz Duffney

    Liz began dancing at age 4 with the Dance Factory. At 15 she began training with Madame Phyllis Latin at The American Dance Center in Saratoga Springs, NY.

    Janelle Heath

    Janelle is currently a Group Fitness Instructor at the Saratoga YMCA. Janelle joins our school to offer our competitive dancers a strength training class that has a mix of pilates, boxing and dance. This class is also open to adults.

  • Anna Kaganer-Belitsky

    Please Welcome Anna Kaganer-Belitsky as our Yoga Instructor! Anna has practiced yoga for 15 years and is a certifed Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator.

Competition Team

Being a member of our competitive dance team is a wonderful privilege. It is our mission at Spa City Dance and the Arts to provide our competitive dancers with the technical training necessary to achieve their greatest potential. In addition, we offer unique and challenging choreography in all genres of dance. It is my goal to provide a nurturing, yet challenging environment to achieve these goals both as a dancer and individual.
